Recommended preparations

• Create a Problem Statement for a potential improvement project for your unit.
• Create a SIPOC for this process. If you cannot identify an improvement project, create a SIPOC for a process you work in and know well.
• Be prepared to present on day 3.
• Templates for both tools can be found in the CI Toolbox in ProErigo eLearning. 

Certification

There are two levels of certification. This document describes the requirements.

If you want to achieve Green Belt certification, a separate improvement project is required. Recommendations for choosing a project can be found here.
