Green Belt – Lean Six Sigma

This 8-day course provides a thorough introduction to methods for improvement projects* and management structures for operational control and continuous improvements.

The content is based on selected parts of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and BPM.

Business Black Belt

This 7-day course introduces key mechanisms for developing and implementing effective strategies and building agile organizations.

Key topics are structures for strategy implementation, process management, value stream management, Balanced Scorecard, OKR, Hoshin Kanri, process design and data analysis.

Please note that Black Belt certification requires approved completion of the Green Belt course or equivalent.

Strategy deployment and organizational development

This 5-day course introduces key mechanisms for developing and implementing effective strategies and building agile organizations.

Key topics are structures for strategy implementation, process management, value stream management, Balanced Scorecard, OKR, Hoshin Kanri and process design.

The course content is identical to the Business Black Belt course with the exception of the data analysis session (2 days).

Analysis and visualization of business data

This 2-day course is designed for managers and professionals in businesses that require fact-based decision making, fact-based improvement work and fact-based control of the performance of products and processes.

You will learn about methods and tools to standardize the visualization and analysis of business data.

Green Belt – Improvement projects

This 4-day course describes methods and tools for successful implementation of improvement projects using Six Sigma.

Six Sigma is presented as a practical and business-oriented method for standardized implementation of all improvement projects*.

The course is one of the two themes in Green Belt - Lean Six Sigma.
