Customer results

Aksena’s operational excellence (OpEx) framework was launched in its first version in December 2015, following 13 years of development. Two service companies and three manufacturing companies, each with annual revenues between EUR 10 million and EUR 400 million, participated in a five-year proof of concept. During this period, all achieved all-time high revenue and profit.

Since 2002, we have systematically developed a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver outstanding operational results. Our goal has been to provide businesses with a logical, best-practice framework that guides their efforts in planning and implementing a business improvement roadmap.

Henning is a partner at Aksena, serving as a strategic advisor and course instructor. He also plays a key role in the development of the ProErigo eLearning platform.
