Target groups

  • Leaders who consider practical Six Sigma as an approach that can be used in their own improvement projects
  • Leaders who want to be capable driving force for the improvement project’s different phases
  • Participants in improvement projects
  • Curious managers and employees who want to gain insight into methods and tools for successful implementation of improvement projects

To achieve strategic goals, targeted improvements of business processes are required. Six Sigma (6S) is a de facto standard for implementing fact-based improvement projects. 6S describes what to do, how to do it, and roles in the work.

Aksena has adapted the Six Sigma method to a practical and pragmatic approach. The adaptation enables the company to use the metgod for all types of improvement projects – including projects where data analysis is not an important part of the project.
