This course provides an in-depth introduction to methods and tools for successful implementation of improvement projects using practical Six Sigma.

In the courses, methods and tools are trained through exercises in group rooms. The results of the group work are presented and discussed.
For the best possible engagement and learning, time is spent every day on repetition and discussion of the theory reviewed.
