Green Belt – Improvement projects

This 4-day course describes methods and tools for successful implementation of improvement projects using Six Sigma.

Six Sigma is presented as a practical and business-oriented method for standardized implementation of all improvement projects*.

The course is one of the two themes in Green Belt – Lean Six Sigma.

Languages

The Green Belt improvement project courses are conducted in either Norwegian or English.

Different implementation formats

The course has a format where we combine classroom and online via Microsoft Teams:

  • Session 1 (day 1 and 2) is classroom
  • Session 2 (days 3 and 4) is online via Teams

The Green Belt improvement project course can be conducted as an in-house course.

  • Focus on skills through practice and repetition

    In the courses, methods and tools are trained through exercises in group rooms. The results of the group work are presented and discussed.

    For the best possible engagement and learning, time is spent every day on repetition and discussion of the theory reviewed.

  • Diploma and certification

    Diploma: To receive a diploma, you must have attended 3 out of 4 course days.
