This 5-day course introduces key mechanisms for developing and implementing effective strategies and building agile organizations.
Key topics are structures for strategy implementation, process management, value stream management, Balanced Scorecard, OKR, Hoshin Kanri and process design.
The course content is identical to the Business Black Belt course with the exception of the data analysis session (2 days).
This course introduces BPM, BSC, VSM and the strategy deployment process based on Hoshin Kanri from Lean. Best practices for establishing and developing an internal business development program (strategic improvement program) are also included.
The course introduces key methods and tools for strategic analysis and development of the organization.
