Terms and conditions for course enrollment



Enrollment must be in writing using email or registration form on the course pages at www.aksena.com.



Written confirmation by email is given within 4 days of receipt of registration. If this fails, contact us.



The cancellation deadline for courses is no later than 14 days before the start of the course.

In cases where cancellation takes place later than this, the entire course fee must be paid. In such cases, the course participant may choose to complete all or part of the course at a later date. This option is valid for up to 2 years after the date of registration.

Aksena is not responsible for any hotel reservations made by the course participant.

Aksena reserves the right to cancel courses, but no later than 14 working days before the scheduled course start. If a course must be canceled no later than 14 working days before the start of the course for reasons that are not Aksena’s responsibility, Aksena will within a reasonable time seek to remedy such a situation, but will not be liable if this fails.


Course certificate

All course participants are awarded course certificates. For some courses there is a requirement for participation and submissions. Details of this will be given in the course description.


Course fee and invoicing

The quoted price includes the cost of the course documentation. Normally, lunch and coffee / tea will be included in the course fee. Courses and seminars will be invoiced before the course starts.

Travel and subsistence expenses for participants are not included in the course fee.



Course material that is distributed is copy protected. The course participants therefore do not have the opportunity to copy the material. All copying must be approved by Aksena AS.



For some courses there will be an advantage with certain prerequisites. In such cases, this will be stated in the course description.
